WallSoft is a strong believer in the use of Corporate Social Responsibility to not only help the business structure of a community prosper but also help build its social structure. Hence, it supports all its employees and clients to engage in activities that help in the development and sustenance of underdeveloped and developing areas. WallSoft invests time in not only initiating these CSR projects but also encourages its clients and employees/developers to bring new CSR policies and projects and take part in the boost of the social entrepreneurship spirit, which is to not only use the resources of community to make commercial profits but also use those same resources to give back to the community. Even though CSR has only been recently recognized as an integral part in the business world, WallSoft has been focused on fulfilling its social role and responsibility since its inception several years ago and has hence recently joined forces with the Al-Rehman Welfare Trust (ARWT) and the HelpPakistan.org in order to not only support and promote their agenda but also sustain it over a period of time. Furthermore, it helps many of the employees and executives to venture and branch out into the Non-profit sectors.
